LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I'm always looking for a cute boutique or two when traveling as I enjoy having different pieces in my closet. The girls were working and they were so nice! They were quick to answer any questions. I also found the quality to be excellent given the prices. When checking out, they offered free shipping, which I couldn't turn down. Super cute place with pieces for everyone. Highly recommend!

A fabulous store! I went in looking for a new pair of jeans & felt like I walked out with a new wardrobe. Great selection of clothes for work or just everyday & accessories too. The sales girls were really helpful & nice. I'll definitely be going back.

Went in and loved it!! Super sweet staff and the owner is amazing. The store is very neat and smells really good. Definitely recommend coming in.

Today I went into Miss Match. I went in to pick up a jacket I had purchased on Wednesday. Before my arrival I got a text saying "The jackets here if you still want it." Which confused me because I had already purchased the jacket, why would I no longer want it?
We were excited to come back because we had already shopped there twice this week and spent well over $1000. So we picked up the jacket that we absolutely love. We bought many others in 4 other colors. We started trying on clothes again And we spent 20 minutes.... 30 minutes..... an hour.... An hour and a half...... nobody is helping us and nobody's asking what can we do? Can we get you anything? Do you need another size? Nobody is helping us.
My daughter and I were perplexed. We were wondering why? They know we're consistent shoppers here, they know we spent money here. They know we love the store. Why isn't anyone helping us? We didn't get it.
So we keep going around the store and after two hours we wanted to check out. So we brought up front all these items I'm holding, and they said oh you can put those here so they took them. Then I saw one more thing I wanted and I went to get it for my daughter and I. I told them I am a local here I live at the Coronado Shores and they wanted proof. I said well I shopped her twice this week and they believed what I said so they needed proof this time? So I said fine I will go and get my Coronado Shores Badge.
But before I did, I wanted to make sure I looked at all the clothes I purchased, so as I took them out, one by one to make sure they were my size... The clothes I wanted were rolled in a ball, every single item and thrown in the bag. Nobody took their time to fold them.
I asked the girls, if they help people here? They responded "What do you mean?" I said "Is this a store where you actually help people with trying on clothes? Give them new sizes, service, pay attention?"
And they said yes and I asked them why nobody helped us they didn't have an answer. Just a very rude tone and attitude.
Then I asked why didn't anyone fold these clothes? Why are they thrown in the bag? And one of the girls said I did fold it. The manager working today at 3:50pm (August 18th 2023) told her employee to hush and not entertain us.
I asked my daughter who worked at a clothing store called Free People and I myself growing up worked at The Limited. We know about clothing stores and how you present yourself and help people and fold their clothes cause they're excited to get home for something new. Not rolled in a ball.
It was to my surprise I can't believe my eyes I took out each piece and I said you threw these in here. Nobody folded these clothes and they didn't believe my eyes. They just said yes we did and I'm like did you see this and they're like well we can fold them again....we can fold them again for you.... and I'm like you never did fold them, they were rolled in a ball and thrown in here and they said well if you want 20% off you're gonna have to show ID.
With that I just went to my car and my daughter and I said "do we really want to give this company money after the way they treated us, our clothes, and their unwelcoming attitudes?" And we said we really didn't so we left we left over $650 on the table and we just wanted to tell about our experience that's all.

I needed a dress for a wedding event the next day and was out of options but I am 100% positive if I had planned ahead I could have gotten the exact same dress on Amazon for 1/5th of the price. The markups for what you are buying, from material quality to durability, are a joke. And don't get me started on how off their sizing is. Dont make my mistake in leaning on this place as a last resort for any event needs.

I do like this boutique very much however they're not always friendly. But my last visit a young lady with very long nails helped me out she was so sweet kind and assisted me through the whole process the closest a little over priced but so beautiful and you just cannot resist definitely spent $300 on a couple of outfits I have been complimented on my clothing I also follow them on Instagram

This has been my worst experience with online retail shop. The owner is highly unprofessional and dishonest. Back in Nov I purchased some items from them, which I should have received it by now. When I contacted the store they said I placed the order with the wrong address and the parcel got delivered to that address. I had proof of the order with my address and they still claim that I gave them the incorrect address. I have never seen such dubious act by store owner, it's been a nightmare. I lost $300 and would given a negative review if I could.

Holy moly... this store. The store would be semi decent if they had a better staff. And from a quick read for most of the reviews on here it validates all my feelings that everyone else has had a bad experience here due to staff.
I came the other day and a heavier set blonde staff member who was behind the counter totally had her mask off. Her and the other girls were eating and sharing ice cream (in the showroom too. Come on - how unprofessional). Eat in the break room. But most importantly WEAR A MASK. It wasn't pull mask down to take a bite thing it was she full blown just took the mask off and had it off for 15 mins walking around the store. Reality check, we're in the middle of a global pandemic and California is in the works of going into a full shutdown again. So unsafe and not cool.
Store has really expensive clothes that are cheap and poor quality but that's honestly a side note compared to the no mask and eating thing.

Our last stop at Coronado and it was a very cute boutique shop. It had all the glam and glitz, without the expensive price tag! What girl doesn't love a cute outfit with a great deal?!
Rosie was a sweet worker that offered to help my sisters and I. She was very kind and gave us great recommendations and took care of our needs. My sisters and I have different style and taste in clothes, and Rosie was very helpful finding the perfect fit for us. My sisters love to shop more than I do. So, it's a little more difficult for me to find things I like and like to wear. I'm a simple girl with an expensive taste, lol! My sisters, on the other hand will buy the whole store if you leave them in front of any store long enough (I swear they think everything is cute, or a great deal). I usually have to drag them out of the stores. This time it was all of us not wanting to stop shopping.
I liked how this store offers a lot of cute designs and the material is really nice. There were so many styles to dress and the selections were vast. We found our tops for a work wear and casual tops for everyday wear, and cute flora tops just in time for Chinese New Years.
Well, this was the very few stores I thought matched our varying taste. We were given a discount for buying cute clothes, how cool is that? Rosie's generosity and great customer service skills goes above and beyond any place I've shopped at. Thank you for ending our lovely family vacation with such a great experience in this cute fabulous store. We greatly appreciate you, Rosie, and this lovely boutique. I have been wanting to go in to this store for a very long time . Finally got a chance today with my husband .
and I was very unsatisfied with the customer care , I was looking in the store for a good 25 min and not one sales lady (which 3 ladies were working ) came to ask me if I was doing good or needed any assistance . For such a pricey place the sales ladies need some basic training on how to be welcoming , a smile and a greeting go along way .Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
