Her plan is to find job and a wealthy man she can marry for his money. The plan starts to unravel quickly as she finds the Hotel she is staying in is the center of a white slavery ring, her handsome and wealthy boss (Mr. Trevor Graydon) is not as quick to propose as she had hoped, and the man who has truly won her heart, a street wise playboy named Jimmy, doesn't have a dime, or steady job, to his name and Millie is left to choose between her plan of marrying for money, and falling in love. The winner of six TONY Awards including Best Musical, Thoroughly Modern Millie was the 2002 season's most awarded new show on Broadway!
