SERVPRO of San Diego Bay SW / Coronado

I would not hire this company due to the fact that their drivers are aggressive and unsafe on the freeways. I experienced a very unsafe driver today on the west 54 freeway. Van was getting off at National City Blvd. The driver cut a car off, tailgated me ( I was going 70 mph) and he was driving at a high unsafe speed as he approached the back of my car. I honked at him to slow down and he flipped me off. This irresponsible fool will hurt someone someday and this company doesn't care. If Servepro has GPS tracking, they should run the driving records for this driver on the 54 west freeway at 4:40pm on 1/17/2024!

Have you just been wiped out? Then you'll want Scott - NOW. I'm writing this three days into a major flood, and on a weekend- Scott has been here everyday as well as tending to other customers at the same time! I am extremely impressed with his and his crew's work ethic. I'm going through this flooding issue a second time in about a year (due to the city's crappy infrastructure) - and SERVPRO has been an actual dream to work with. These guys had me dug out, mud'ed out, washed, and in the process of drying before anyone else on the street! Like I said, they are still working on my place as I write this - but the care & professionalism by Scott & crew has been so impressive that I just had to write this. We had a wonderful experience with Servpro and it's owner, Scott. We called Scott after discovering a flood in the crawl space under our house. He was very nice and was over to our house within 20 minutes! He surveyed the damage and gave us his honest, professional opinion. We felt he was very trustworthy and there was no question that he knew his stuff. We also appreciated the willingness to work in a 24" crawl space. We proceeded with his recommendations and everything is working perfectly now.
The plumber he recommended was also very reasonably priced, quick, and professional.
Hopefully we never have another flood but if we do we will definitely call Scott!

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ServPro of Coronado responded to my call on Friday evening and was at my house within an hour after an unforeseen leak occurred in my second story master bedroom. On the initial call, we were advised what actions to take right away before they arrived. Once at our home, a survey or the area where the leak as well as adjacent walls and floors occurred, and a recommendation for a dry out was implemented. We were in very active touch via text throughout the weekend to monitor the progress and 2 additional visits occurred the following week to determine the progress. Ultimately a dry out was all we needed and ServPro's immediate response helped save us thousands of dollars as well as an insurance claim for damage. We were so impressed with their professionalism, customer service, expertise and response time. Of note, this same chapter of ServPro responded to another serious water damage issue that occurred in our prior home a couple of years ago, and I was equally impressed with their service. Will always use and recommend in the future if need be.

Unfortunately we had a drain leak in our bathroom wall. Servpro was responsive, professional, provided quality work, and finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Servpro for your restoration needs.

I am very happy with my experience with Servpro of Coronado. Scott and his crew did a work for me after a leak in a bathroom. Communication was prompt. They showed up on time, every time. They knew exactly what to do to rectify my situation. They did everything above and beyond. I always felt supported, even in a time when I didn't know what to do next.
