120 years ago, founders Elisha Babcock and H.L. Story celebrated Christmas dinner in the Ballroom with family and friends, two months before the hotel opened its doors to guests. In celebration of that historic event, Chef de Cuisine Brian Sinnott will recreate the 1887 menu with a contemporary interpretation.
